Posts for Tag: Q&A

A few weeks ago, #tosachat posted a question about inspiration. I replied that I find inspiration in design and art.

This poster by Anthony Burrill (printed in collaboration with Another Fine Mess) appeared in my feed yesterday. And, it’s a perfect example of why good design motivates me.

It go me thinking about strategies, again. It made me realize that any good strategy starts with inquiry. Nothing new, right? Teacher 101.

But, it’s a solid reminder. In any Project Based Learning approach, the questions drive the research. Those questions yield answers, but often lead to more questions...and hopefully lead to more answers.

Ask more questions.
Get more answers.

The 2016-2017 school year is underway. I am 3 weeks into it, with students and staff.

And, I've received a lot of questions about using technology in the classroom. Students, teachers, office staff, and sometimes parents. I like it when I'm asked questions about #edtech of #GAFE. Honest

It is a bit overwhelming sometimes, because I visit five different elementary sites. Not sure how many students I see on a weekly basis...haven't tallied that number yet.

But, I am starting to think that I need to create more time for Q&A in my sessions. I need to do a better job of addressing those questions. Maybe create a FAQ?
